Besmindotama Semesta, Cikarang Facility (BTSC) was established in 2010 due to expansion of Besmindotama Semesta facility which is too small to fabricate Offshore Containers under ISO 10855 / DNV 2.7-1 and API 6A Wellhead and Tree Equipment. BTSC has the scope of API 6A license includes the following: Casing and Tubing Heads, Cross-Over Connectors, Blind and Test Flanges, Tees and Crosses, Top Connectors, Adapter Spools and Spacer Spools, Slip-Type Hangers, Mandrel-Type Hangers, Gate, Ball, Plug Valves at PSL 1, PSL 2, PSL 3.
BTSC plan is only 2 km away from BTS facility and total area is 23.000 sqm consisting of machining plant, threading plant, welding area, hydrotest, sand blasting and painting facilityies.
With BTSC Facility Plant, our Besmindo group became more stronger to penetrate offshore container / CCU business , and wellhead market.
We also successfully fabricate pressurized container zone 1 / 2 and slickline unit.
