Besmindotama Semesta, Cikarang Facility (BTSC) was established in 2010 due to the expansion of Besmindotama Semesta to fabricate Offshore Containers under ISO 10855 / DNV 2.7-1 and API 6A Wellhead and Tree Equipment. BTSC’s scope of the API 6A license includes Casing and Tubing Heads, Cross-Over Connectors, Blind and Test Flanges, Tees and Crosses, Top Connectors, Adapter Spools and Spacer Spools, Slip-Type Hangers, Mandrel-Type Hangers, and Gate, Ball, Plug Valves at PSL 1, PSL 2, PSL 3.
In September 2023, our company proudly renewed its API 5CT license, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. With this license, we are better equipped to meet our clients’ stringent requirements, marking a significant step in enhancing our market presence and setting benchmarks in innovation and reliability.
In July 2024, Besmindotama Semesta’s Cikarang Facility (BTSC) proudly obtained the API Specification 5L license for Line Pipe. This new certification showcases our unwavering commitment to industry standards and enhances our ability. Achieving the API 5L license represents a pivotal advancement in our pursuit of growth and operational excellence.
The BTSC plant is only 2 km away from the BTS facility and covers a total area of 23,000 sqm, consisting of a machining plant, threading plant, welding area, hydrotest, sandblasting, and painting facilities.
With the BTSC Facility Plant, our Besmindo group has become stronger in penetrating the offshore container/CCU business and the wellhead market. We have also successfully fabricated pressurized containers for zone 1/2 and slickline units.
