Customized venturi product is designed as tool alternative for improving oil pumped action of Artificial Lift System
How its work?
SOCT works in fluid mechanic methodology by converting the potential energy to kinetic energy of fluid flow to create pressure-drop (vacuums effect).
In oil well applications, the SOCT use fluid flow of ESP as motive fluid to create pressure drop inside the tool, when pressure-drop is occurred, it will open the SOCT check-valve and allow segregation oil in annulus casing flow-back continuously into the production tubing.
Base on filed case results, SOCT adsorbs crude oil more than 25% and increase the oil production up to three times from previous production.
By using SOCT makes oil pumping process of problematic well more effective and efficient and helps to rejuvenate and maximize value of mature oil fields with optimum cost.
